The Social, Ecological, Agricultural Resilience in the face of climate change (SEARCH) project was initiated in 2011 and will soon end in April 2014.
SEARCH has successfully developed and piloted a resilience framework for adaptation to climate change in the targeted countries . Throughout the implementation of the project , it actively empowered and built the resilience of both local target groups in communities and watersheds and government staff working in relevant government agencies at the Governorate/District as well as the National Levels.
On the 16th - 17th April 2014, funded by the EU and ISESCO, a ceremony will be held to share the process and experience of local communities in reaching climate change resilience in the Arab Region. This ceremony will also launch the Regional Knowledge Network on Water (RKNOW).
